Seal, Marlin and Safety 1 & 2 classes

DATE: Mon 27th July to Friday 31st 2026

Seal 1, 2 & 3:      2.30 - 3.00
Seal 5:                 3.00 - 3.40
Marlin 6:             3.00 - 3.40
Marlin 7 & 8:      3.45 - 4.30
Safety 1 & 2       4.30 - 5.30

Classes will most likely be an hour later on Tuesday. The instructors will confirm any changes each day. Times will also be advertised here, our FB page and the Carrigaholt FB page.

Wetsuits & goggles are recommended but not required. Swim hats will be provided.

Prices:

Seal/Marlin classes = €25
Safety 1, 2 = €40

 

Higher 'Safety' & 'Rescue' classes do not run in this location. 
They will be offered nearby in Kilkee and Cappa

 ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:

• Candidates must attend all 5 days & complete assessment to receive certification

• Wetsuits, swim hats, goggles are strongly recommended but not required
• Roll calls will take place at the start of each class, so please be on time for class

• Class times may change during the week due to tides / weather - please check this ClubZap page and Facebook for the most up to date times of each class

• Class times will be finalised after registration closes

• Instructors will award the appropriate cert dependent on candidate's assessment

• Please retain receipt and take note of the class you registered your child for to ensure a smooth start to the first day
