The weather should be good this Sunday, sunshine and showers promised.

It has been almost a year since our last session so please remind your Nipper to bring their togs, wetsuit, hat and goggles. Fins will not be needed this Sunday but if they have a Nipper board be sure to bring it.

11am is start time not arrive time so please be kitted and ready to go at 11am. The tide waits for nobody.

As usual we will meet at the back of the centre and attendance will be recorded. Nippers are not to go down onto the beach until their coach instructs them to.

New Nippers will have to complete a sea assessment as posted in a previous news feed. We will aim to get this completed at the start of the training session.
